ChatGPT keeps getting it wrong so I figured I'd ask here. I have a bunch of strings in a text each separated by lines. I know how to use regex but this is a little too tricky for me.

If it's only a single number after the word "BLOCK", then I want to return that. If nothing is after "BLOCK", then stop and return the words before it only. E.g:

I'm in the middle of a failed FET with increased betas and they're trying to figure out if it's ectopic or a poorly implanted embryo that isn't forming correctly -
Beta 11dpt of 5d frozen embryo - 168; 13dpt - 215; 15dpt - 308; 18dpt - 1007; 19dpt (today) 1352.
US today with no evidence of ectopic, but also nothing in the uterus, lining is thick (17mm). They want a repeat beta and a fancier diagnostic US at another facility to see if they can find an ectopic in two days. If it's ectopic, methotrexate in the office. When I asked what happens if they don't see the ectopic, they said they would do an endometrial biopsy to cause bleeding to see if that decreased the beta level on repeat (and then presume it's a failed implantation that's still putting out hcg in the uterine lining). This seems like overkill to me and extrememly unpleasant. I'd rather just take the methotrexate regardless (I'm an ED doctor and this is what we do with patients who have a +beta and no gestational sac in the uterus - presume ectopic, give methotrexate, repeat beta in 2 days). My guess is they are doing this because they want to know for sure if ectopic or for their data keeping or maybe for future FETs... but it seems like a terrible thing to go through and that we're just dragging all this out.
Anyone have experience with this? I couldn't find any other posts on this topic. Thank you!

I've been using the Incendiary Ammo, with mild success, however I've noticed Incendiary Ammo is slow enough to literally cause lost gunfights.
I've also tried out the Armor Piercing Ammo Attachments, not to be confused with the field upgrade, and yeah, it fucks HARD. Killed 2 people first game with it, winning a 1v1, and then shooting someone out of a helicopter, killing him before he even hit the ground.

Ok guys, I need some opinion.
For contexte, today I was walking home from the doctor (I have an eye injury because of an accidental eye gouge), I was in my neighborhood (quite a bad neighborhood) tring to buy the medicine for my eye but unfortunately the store was closed so I decided to come back home. As I was walking, a guy approached me from the back trying to shake my hand then he started screaming non sense, I tried to get some distance from him but he managed to catch my chain (gold chain with a lot of sentimental value) and I didn't try to do shit because I was scared of him pulling out a knife (almost 2 years ago, I've seen my neighboor gets stabbed) then another man came screaming in arabic pusing him away but I was already far from them. When I finally arrived at home, I felt like a real pussy because of my lack of action, I've been boxing for some time and I used to act real tough as a teenager (street fights, drugs, stole shit and tried to have a hood personna), I'm not a small guy and he didn't look that hard to beat up but I was still scarred like a bitch (I didn't even say shit to him- to defend something that held a lot of value for me. I was scarred of him damaging my eye even more and scarred of being stabbed like my neighboor. Did I have the right reaction or did I act like a real pussy?

So, here's the situation:
My in-laws are going to be staying with us for a couple months later this summer, so we need an additional shower.
Our basement bathroom had a jetted Jacuzzi-style tub. It was built into a wood cradle that lifted it several inches off the ground. I never knew why, until I removed it. The previous owners apparently built it up to accommodate the plumbing that they rigged (see photos)

Questions:
What's the best way to crack this nut in order to install a standard tub? I'm assuming that I'm going to need to break into the floor to correct the plumbing, and for drain pipe clearance purposes, correct?
FYI, I've successfully done plenty of DIY plumbing, but I've never had to dig into the floor, and I've never done a bathtub.
Any tips are appreciated.

> - A fully-fledged Crusade System, built from the ground up (and inspired by both the Narrative Play Features from earlier editions of 40k, and 9th Edition's Crusade)
> - A complete revamp of the LP FAQs, Erratas, and Balance Changes
> - A reworked Allies Matrix, to allow future expansions to the game to function properly!
> - A Panoptica Weapons Section - no more fishing through 2 documents to figure out how our changes to a weapon interact!
> - Extrinsica Melee Weapons are now available to everyone!

This has taken the Liber Panoptica to a staggering 158 pages. Yes, we know. Wow.

As a result, we've taken an effort to make the LP even easier to use; for the first time, we've made some cut-down versions of the LP which are faction-specific, meaning you can simply grab the right one for the faction you play and go. These have an average length of 25 pages (including covers), and give you everything you'll need to play using the Panoptica.

This new, improved version of the Liber Panoptica also has a few hints as to the shape our Eldar project - which I can reveal will be called Liber Antiquia - will be taking - and this is due to release soon.

Finally, both the Liber Centura and Liber Ingenium have seen a rework, taking onboard all the feedback from the community we have receieved in the last few months. These changes are not ground-breaking, but there are plenty of small tweaks made, to refine our work. Both books will also be getting full-feature updates later in the year!

I also need to make an apology from the team; due to the scale of these updates (and a blunder on my part), we don't have full patch notes for this release (I forgot to save, oops) - so we recommend re-reading any content you're interested in to ensure you can see the changes. Be assured - there will be some that affect you!

We also need to clarify that at present, we have not yet added promotion trees for any faction other than Astartes to our Crusade system, nor have we added any Imperium Centurion content; these are coming in a future update, and for now we recommend making "sporting agreements" with people when you play. I feel like I’m way less attached to my boyfriend. I’m still clingy and all, but not as much as I used to be. I have this thing called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD for short and I constantly just have these thoughts pop up in my head. I’m not sure if I actually think them? Or if they are just intrusive thoughts. I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 7 months and I really love him, but I feel like I love him less.
My brain constantly tells me that “I’m better off without him”, “you’ll find a better person” all this negative shit about him, when he’s not a bad person, or anything like that at all. We’ve broken up twice, he was feeling unhappy and said that he thinks it’s best if we spend some time apart, it really hurt a lot. He ended up regretting that decision and we ended up back together. I was feeling the same way where I was unhappy, so I broke up with him a few days after we got back together.
I was really depressed and all, but I was sure about my decision. He texted me and asked me if there was any chance that we might ever get back together. I said I’m not sure and that I needed to figure out how I was feeling. I asked peoples advice and I got a lot of different answers. My grandma told me that if she was him, she would want to know the final decision in person.
I asked to meet with him at my place and I was fully intending on ending things and that would’ve been my final decision. Then we talked and I told him how I felt and I told him I can’t make a decision without him, which was hella weird, because I was set on a decision.
We talked a lot and set some boundaries in play and all that and talked about what went wrong. We’ve been back together for like 2 weeks now.
I love him a lot, but I still have this feeling in the back of my head and it’s really bumming me out. I can’t talk about it with anyone, it’s very difficult.

So I went to a new gym today and I felt judged I did a body comp calculator at the gym and I feel so embarrassed I’m 21 and it said my metabolic age is 31 my body fat is 32.4% I know it’s bad three weeks ago it was 30% but moving house messed me up but my body dysmorphia has me feeling so bad how do I even do this I’m 5ft 2 my BMR Is 1348 :(

Kubernetes
I am trying to deploy an application with k3s kubernetes. Currently I have two master nodes behind a load-balancer, and I have some issues connecting worker nodes to them. All nodes and the load-balancer runs in seperate vms.
The load balancer is a nginx server with the following configuration.

So i (25F) had a male flatmate (25M), we went to the same University. We became friends really quick after we started staying together ( there were 2 other people in the house). We bonded over food, cooking, music, drinks you name it. He started doing things like really out of his way for me. For example i just mentioned in passing that I love peaches. He walked almost 4-5km in sweltering heat just to get them for me. He planned the most elaborate b'day with loads of thougtful gifts for me. Now he told a friend of mine he likes me & she coveyed it to me. At the time I got flustered, I had gone through a messy breakup & he was my best friend I just didn't want to complicate things. So i told her no i only saw him as a friend. That was it, he never approached me romantically or even in any touchy feely way. We continue to be great friends. About 3 months later he starts dating another girl. This was with about 5 months remaining to university so i always assumed it was you know like a last fling before college ends. It's been about 10 months or so & they're still together. We no longer stay together since we're done with university. Him & I are in the same city, his gf is in another. We do hangout & talk, I love his family. And now i think i made a great mistake rejecting him. I do really think we could be something long term if we got together but I don't have the balls to say anything considering i turned him down once & now that he has a gf it just seems like a very mean thing to do. What do you guys think I should do, say something, keep my mouth shut, wait & watch???? Help 😭

Hey everyone,
So, while I was playing Satisfactory on Steam two weeks ago, my computer crashed to the desktop. In response, I figured I'd check that my Graphics Driver was up to date, and, as it happened, it needed to be updated (something like going from 24.10.1 to 24.10.4), which I did. No issues on the install, but it instructed me to finish my installation by restarting the computer. No problem. So I restart, but when the computer powers back on, I have absolutely no video signal to my monitors. No loading wheel, no BIOS flash, no indications of video signal at all. I've tried most everything I can think of, and it seems like most of the stock Windows troubleshooting is useless. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a list of my attempted solutions:
Power cycled several times
Removed and reinstalled my CMOS battery
Shorted my CMOS Reset
Pulled the original GPU
Installed an old graphics card & connected video cables
Reinstalled the original GPU (I put it back in the original slot, I didn't put it in a different slot)
Tried all 3 of my graphics outs on the GPU, and the HDMI out on the mobo, to multiple monitors
Unplugged all nonessential USB devices
Plugged in a bootable USB Stick to try to do a fresh Windows install

Additional Diagnostic information:
All of my lights in the case power on, my case, CPU and GPU fans spin up, and my keyboard RGB's come on, but the keyboard doesn't respond to anything (ex. pressing Num Lock doesn't light the NUM LOCK light)
I had a similar problem happen about 2 years ago, where I also lost all video. However, it just randomly resolved itself 4 days later, so I don't know what the solution to it was.

Hi! Our group is looking for a regen healer! Our group is midcore, aiming for about 12 hours a week, possibly more depending on schedules. a bit TBD on that, but our general hours will be Friday 9pm-midnight EST, Saturday 2:30PM-5:30PM EST as well as 9pm-midnight that same day, and finally sunday at 6pm-8:30pm EST.
We're a group that's mostly played together for a couple tiers, with a few replacements and additions over time. We have varying experience with ultimates but cleared TOP together as our first ultimate together and are aiming to have a fun, chill time clearing anabaseios together by week 3 or 4, and possibly ultimates at a later date once we are satisfied with the tier.
What we are looking for in healers are.. -Confident in their capabilities and knowledgeable about their job. -Those who are eager to study and discuss strats together, as well as discuss and plan mit and healing with the party as we go. -Being LGBT friendly -Be respectful of everyone else's time -Be experienced with past raid tiers and have an understanding of common mechanics from throughout the game. -Readiness to make adjustments as needed and an understanding that prog requires a different mindset from having a fight on farm.

Whenever I start a siege an allies army comes to help and takes control of the siege but doesn't start it This is really annoying because sometimes I start a siege built trebuchets and the other siege equipment and then one of my allies comes and takes my siege but doesn't do anything with it, it wastes my time and ruins my enjoymeng of the game
I read that this only happens when ai armies decide fo start a siege before you initiate it but I actually watched the armies and out of the 3 armies in my realm 1 of them was mine and 2 were travelling to siege danustica, so I started a siege of Syronea only to then a few days later get my siege stopen anyways
