1. There is no way a CS rep does not know a maintenance agreement would be void without maintenance. The fact that they kept this from me onsite seems like bad business practice.
   
2. How could they know I didn’t get it serviced elsewhere for upkeep if I had not told them? Do most warranties require maintenance directly through the installer?
   
3. I feel like it all could have been a ploy to get me to buy a maintenance agreement. That seemed to be the techs only concern.
   
4. The repair itself took all of 10 mins. The tech showed me the cost of the part and it was $200 but what I saw online was more like $30. Which is correct?
   

1. As we know basic vampirism is very easy to obtain, all it takes is a bite or scratch from one of these creatures and you are infected with the basic form of vampirism which gives the user access to very basic blood magics as well as superhuman speed, strength and endurance. However, the basic vampires do also burn from the sun (pre-dawnguard). Also however we are shown that there are multiple strains of the base vampirism and many orders formed cause of it such as the one in cyrodil who are known for their power. Liches are necromancers who have essentially tried to push their soul beyond the limits of mundus. There are many ways one can achieve lichdom (such as the dragon priest) who feed off the necromantic energies of their undead servants, the draugr. Furthermore, Liches have vast magical potential, with the ability to raise the dead and use the other schools of magic, they are not bound to any afterlife and purely rely on themselves and souls for magic and longevity. However, many of the basic liches go insane from the ritual required and lose all sense of self-awareness and become floating, rotting corpses, being forced to hide in dungeons and tombs for their survival. Unlike vampires who maintain their youth and human-like appearance. In this case Vampires are better in terms of blending into society and have the most potential for personal and magical growth just the on the basis that they can still roam the world freely (as long as not feral or it is day). Though in terms of power, I would argue Liches have more magical ability and have great strength in how they have numbers of undead to throw at a vampire before killing them with destruction magic

In the world of the elder scrolls both sides have unique variants of their respected undead, with vampires having the vampire lords who are not at all as easy to become as a basic vampire, in fact in skyrim, if you are infected with the native form of vampirism and ask Harkon why you should accept his gift, he will reply with "You contracted a disease, perhaps, but you are no true vampire. Accept my gift and I promise that you will learn the difference." Implying that the Vampire Lord is much more powerful than the Basic vampire. As discussed a vampire lord is created by only one of two ways, either someone must be offered the blood of molag bal in a horrifying ritual, or one is gifted the blood from an already created vampire lord, which vampire lords are scarce. A vampire lord has access to both blood and night magic and even raise the dead even if the vampire is not skilled in conjuration, also Vampire Lords are weakened but not killed by the sun, which is a major improvement over their lesser counter-parts with the only greater being Lamae Bal's bloodline who are immune to the sun completely. There is even a way for a vampire lord to stop the sun entirely via the prophecy of the sun in which a daughter of coldharbour is used in the ritual, combined with auriel's bow. the only concern is the afterlife of the vampire lord for if they had got their power from molag bal directly, it can very well mean they are doomed to coldharbour upon death, however as shown by previous elder scrolls titles where the MC has been tasked to kill a group of vampires to send their souls to azura, it can very well mean a Vampire Lord who got their power directly from the daedric prince can alter their souls fate by seeking refuge under another prince or deity, also a vampire lord can come back to mundus after being slain and sent to coldharbour so it is not impossible. In elder scrolls there are many example of liches who have maintained their sanity or even their human form such as Vastarie or Mannimarco, these types of liches are best referred to as "undying liches" and unlike their rotting counter-parts are very much more powerful as Mannimarco has been around in the games since daggerfall. These liches have unfathomable potential and are able to repossess their bodies after death such as mannimarco almost did after his defeat in eso. Furthermore, besides these liches being around for tens of thousands of years, they do not have any real weakness and they are very much able of moving their body the same way a normal living person could and as mentioned their magical potential is endless, but of course that only extends with how knowledgeable the mage who is the lich is. Overall it is pretty even, the liches do get the upper hand with no weaknesses bit their strength can simply be a cause of the time they have spent in nirn and while yes they can escape a definitive afterlife, it does not protect them from other deity's such as Molag Bal ironically. Vampire Lords on the other hand while they have a weakness, the basic Vampire Lord already starts off really clean with blood magic and night powers which they can later expand on and of course unlike Undying Liches, we are told and shown how Vampire Lords are created.

Same as last time, we are going to start with the gripes!

• Honestly... my biggest gripe with the car is that the steering wheel needs to telescope out at least another inch. This is only so high because it's basically the only thing I can think of, aside from interior space, that can't be fixed via software updates. I have chronic back issues that have been better since getting the car due to how adjustable the seat is. But I feel a bit too far away from the wheel.
• The app is missing a lot of no-brainer features and it's SLOW AS HELL. Can't open the trunk. Must set a timer to precondition the battery. Can't get trip/mileage details, or anything like that. Also as of 2.9 I have had intermittent PaaK issues when I never did before.
• Even though I've never had a car with a reverse camera before this, yes I agree with everyone else that loading the camera takes way too long.
• I'm still baffled and annoyed that there isn't a play/pause button on the steering wheel... BUT THERE IS A BUTTON THAT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
• Similar to above, no clock on the instrument panel. I've adjusted to it but still just really irks me.

• Yes, still no album art over bluetooth. It's whatever to me by this point but still worth mentioning.
• The issues with sending texts is still ongoing. This seems to be entirely me, or my phone (Nokia XR20) as I've seen no one else here mention anything about it ever.
• Android Auto(motive) still has absolutely no idea what to do with MMS messages and I don't even bother trying to play or reply to group chats.
• Recently, and intermittently, incoming calls don't go through the car, and I have to pick up my phone, answer it, and then it goes through Bluetooth media. This is big oof to me. I have fully re-paired my phone once already.
• I challenge everyone else to give the car a voice command to navigate to an address with street number 5555. Dead serious here, go do it.

Updates to the good stuff, and comments on things that have been solved

• My TCAM issues were never debilitating, but they seem to have completely disappeared over the past few updates.
• They enhanced the charging curve, and I've only fast charged a couple of times since the update. It's not blazing fast but much easier to take advantage of our 30mins free charging.
• I've gotten used to the 1PD, it's fine.
• We have plenty of in-car entertainment options now.... I watched an hour of Top Gun: Maverick on Epix while stopping to charge twice during my Christmas commute. It worked fine and the screen serves well. That's it though, I haven't touched any of the games or YouTube yet.
• Customer service at Columbus during my first maintenance last week was much, much better than my experience ordering and taking delivery at Detroit. They were genuinely happy to have it and remarked that it was the first one they'd seen driven so much, despite seeing 40+ per month from as far away as St. Louis since opening in October. They even comped me an alignment check which I was perfectly willing to pay for.
• Alright, I downright love how the car is balanced and handles. It floats like a 5000 pound feather. I will say, I have done some spirited driving, and if you plan on doing a lot... Get the performance pack. Not for the reason you're thinking of. It really needs those bigger brakes. The car luckily doesn't push my limits, but you can easily go right off the road taking a twisty too fast downhill. I know because I almost did. I was doing 60, heh... The only time I've had this issue.
• I have a second set of wheels with winter tires, and change them myself. Despite that and also our absolutely disastrous roads, the alignment was still in spec and the suspension looks great.
• The new range assistant app is GREAT! I leave the instrument panel on standard so I don't have to worry about going too far, but I typically was getting numbers indicating 20-30 miles more than EPA. The new app generally concurs with this (I do a lot of city driving, probably around 70%).
• Speaking of the range, any owner can tell you that the efficiency is much better than anyone expected. At the start of this year, I began including my efficiency number in my Uber log when I get home. Nothing fancy, just the number and some basic calculations. As of tonight, I have 5628.2 miles and an average efficiency of 27.29kw/100mi. It should drop through the summer - I've been getting between 22 and 25 the past month. The highest was 35.1 over the course of 47.8 miles. I remember quitting early that night because the weather was getting real bad - freezing rain.
• The worst nights, as I recall, were very cold but also wet. Just the heater isn't too bad, but I blame the dehumidifier for the uptick in consumption. Which is fine because it's a genius feature that I don't think I can live without now. Note that I always precondition with a timer if the weather is below 50F or above 80F. You would be surprised how much of a difference it makes, especially if you aren't going far. If it's cold, preconditioning and the heated seats/wheel are all I need until it gets under 40F.
• After figuring out Pilot Assist and what it is good at (and what it is not) I basically only use it on the highway for long-ish drives. This is not a knock against it, the system is great and seems to improve just a bit every time they try to update it. Phantom braking does exist but is not at all problematic. It has stopped freaking out when lanes split or you veer toward a ramp. This system was meant to encourage and reward good driving behavior by ASSISTING the PILOT. Do not abuse it.
• An update to my comment about the backseat. I had my 6'2" father test out the front AND rear passenger after I put the front seat in a reasonable position. He had no issues and has even ridden back there for a while with no complaint.
• The H&K sound system is fine for me. I'm a big metalhead so I don't need window shattering bass. A bit of work on the equalizer and it competes with the surround in my living room. The option to focus the sound came in handy when I wanted to listen to music but my niece wanted to watch cartoons during our family trip.
• The upholstery, is, in fact, very easy to clean. I also got the Tuxmats which are freakin' awesome. Seeing those was another first for the Columbus space and they really liked them, too.

1. Whenever feelings of guilt come in decide whether it is Persecutory or Reparative guilt. As a rule of thumb any non-action intrusive thoughts that do not actually based on any real deeds are purely Persecutory, because there is no action to repair.
2. Any Persecutory guilt that is purely though-based and is not grounded in any actual bad actions can be fully discarded, especially if one has had the same though patterns before and it would basically be just a repetition of no value.
3. Any Persecutory guilt that is based on some actual actions should be converted into Reparative, e.g. how to actually compensate for ones actions. Rumination, praying and usual rituals that don't actually benefit anyone else should be then replaced by some actual good deeds that compensate for those actions. If there is no clear action then likely this guild is also Persecutory and can be discarded as in 2.
4. If there is an actual meaningful action that can be done than that is probably a good thing to do. It is important here to not turn this into a ritual and the action has to actually benefit whoever was harmed. After the reparative action is performed such guilt can also be let go.

• Having "bad thoughts" about anything - absolutely Persecutory so can be let go.
• Not having called up your mom in a long while - call your mom
• Guilt about inaction in the past because of laziness (e.g. did not help a friend move when they needed it) - make a resolution to not be lazy the next time and stop thinking about it.
• Any kind of religious thoughts - these are purely Persecutive usually, focus on the actual actions, sort of "You Will Know Them by Their Fruits". If a tree is giving good fruits it has to be a good tree, you cannot be an evil person if you are not doing evil deeds.
