2023.05.30 22:13 floppidydoodah Day 6 no weed. SOOOO LETHARGIC AND TIRED. how long will this last?
Im 40, been smoking 1 bowl a night for about 5 yrs. I quit 6 days ago and this lethargy is next level bad. I look like a zombie. I feel like a zombie. I feel stoned but im not. my head is in the clouds. I cant think straight. I have no energy. yesterday even while walking I felt my knees give out like I could collapse, this is crazy to me because im actually really muscular and been fit and active and lean all my life yadda yadda...
Main question- HOW LONG WILL THIS FEELING OF LETHARGY LAST? I practically cant even work. I have a demanding job in sales that requires me to be quick on my feet and make important decisions. this is just terrible. I've always said i've never been addicted to anything in my life and many from the outside would say im quite successful in a lot of areas in my life. its humbling to admit that I, even me, have been caught in a snare with weed. its grabs a hold of you and owns you. so slowly and subtly. I cant believe this. Im in tears I just can't believe I have fallen victim to something that started out so "harmless" that in fact is so insidious that can destroy your life. my income has fallen in half because of my lack of motivation and productivity. my relationships with friends are almost non existent because ive been getting high every night by myself. I can't believe how I couldn't see it until now.
for thos who are further along in your recovery, how long till you had your mind back? where you had your energy and your head wasn't in the foggy clouds all day?
what would help me shorten this process? sauna? any vitamins? (im not doing pharmaceuticals)

2023.05.30 22:12 arranwillis Baking App - Orderfy
| Hi all My girlfriend has a home baking business and was struggling to keep track of her orders as they were coming in. I’m a software developer so I made an app for her which is an order diary that you can also put food festivals in that you trade at, it tracks your profit and you can also put your ingredients in there to see how much each item costs you to make. She uses it constantly now so I’ve published it to the Apple and Google stores which means it’s available for all. It’s completely free to download and to use so if anyone wants to give it a go then hopefully you’ll find it useful too. It’s called Orderfy in case anyone wants to give it a go! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated too, thank you. submitted by arranwillis to Baking [link] [comments] |
2023.05.30 22:12 JustToSeethe I’m sorry I fell in love with you. We could have been great friends.
I’m sorry I blamed you for making me fall in love with you. You didn’t do anything maliciously, you were just you. You made me feel beautiful and special, yet you respected my input like an equal. Even now, I miss your friendship, but I know I could never be your friend again. I’d always want you to change your mind and kiss me.
If I could meet you all over again, I would have kept my distance. I would have gotten to know you eventually, our friendship could have lasted longer. Getting so close to you so fast was overwhelming, you felt like home and I lost perspective. Now you’re a stranger I could never bring myself to forget; you brought so much to my life that now I refuse to go without. Your goofy humor, your whole-hearted kindness, your music recommendations, even the stupid memes and videos we shared, all showed me a perspective I’d never considered before. I think you are lovely and I’m glad to have met you.
I’m sorry to say, you left a mark on my heart like no one has before. Not in a bad way, it’s like a tiny tattoo that no one else can recognize. Everyone carries a burden, maybe my pointless love for you will be mine. Maybe when we’re both old and ugly we can try again to be friends.
I’m really sorry to hear about your dog. My heart broke for you. I wish I could talk to you about it. He was one of a kind, and I know you loved him more than anything.
Miss you, nerd. - S

2023.05.30 22:12 GOGUMA2023 (HELP) Refund in California Law
I have a question regarding California Law. (City of Los Angeles)
I'm new to the US and having a problem with a refund of my purchase.
On May 18th, I purchased a charger at the store for $15, around midnight in California. I went back home and realized that I don't need it anymore since I found a lost charger. Also, I found the charger has a crack on it.
The next day, I went to the store and asked for a refund. He replied, "What the Fuck is the problem."
I told him the truth and he said I opened it even though I didn't and after being aggressive, he kicked me out of his store without a refund.
I reported this problem to ROB BONTA Attorney General and they told me that they sent a complaint to the owner.
On May 26th, the owner called me and asked if we can settle this problem with a refund of $15 and $35 compensation. I said Ok send the money and we will settle this down.
I'm posting this on the 30th and still have not received the money he promised.
I don't know where to report this problem and what would the standard compensation be for this case.
- Purchased an item on May 18th, and was rejected for a refund on the same day.
- Spent $15 and about an hour on only that day to drive back and forth.
- It has been more than a week without compensation.
This owner was being rude, aggressive, and talking down to Asians (in person, at the store.)
I could not record the situation in person.
The amount of money would not impact me big but I really want consumers to be respected properly.

2023.05.30 22:12 Ok-Enthusiasm4886 Some questions.
This may be long so thank you for reading if you do :)
Had really bad anxiety attacks/panic attacks when i was 16years old. All had to do with feeling like i was going to have a HA. got on sertraline and it went up to 200mg over the years. Did therapy all that and my anxiety vanished. I stayed on sertraline up until now
Now at 28, i randomly got a panic attack and it kept happening throughout the days/weeks. Again all my panic attack physical symptoms are saying im going to have a HA and die. So i said im going to urgent care so they can check an ekg and just tell me im crazy. The dr came in and said “you know those weird palpitations youre talking about you have a prolong QT” i told him the medicine i was on and how anxious i have been for weeks on ends having major panic attacks. He all said that could contribute to prolong QT. And told me to go to ER to rule out anything. So i did that day. Took an ekg, my QT was elevated but nothing to scare them so off i went home and set an apt up with my PCP & cardiologist.
PCP&cardiologist both said it is due to anxiety and meds im on. Did an ekg and it was never above 500. Switched me to lexapro 20mg and did a cardiac stress test (test was clear).
Then on lexapro after about 4 weeks on that mg. I started to have dizzy spells and feeling like i was gunna faint but never did. Then one day i got tunnel vision, vision came back and whole body went hot then heart went crazy. Never had a panic attack like that. Then another time my whole entire cheat just felt like it was burning for a few seconds then went away. So started to taper down lexapro myself to 20mg to 10mg
i made another DR apt. She did another ekg and now my prolong qt is at 511, and states it probably is medication and anxiety but put me on zio patch (just got off the patch today so no results) cardiology stated lexapro again can cause this, and booked me in for another ekg this week because it obv got higher.
So now im tapering off lexapro 10mg to 5mg and hopefully off. Worth to say, im also on wellbutrin 150mg but saw nothing for prolong qt affects.
Some symptoms im having - Anxiety or prolong qt? •only had those two burning episodes/tunnel vision happen once. • I get these sharp stabbing pains in chest sometimes its pulsating. Sometimes it comes out of nowhere for a second and goes away. Sometimes it radiates to chin /neck. • dizziness/foggy head/ lightheaded • bradycardia • tachycardia - in middle of panic attack • feeling like i missed a step going down the stairs / heart sinking feeling • legs/calfs tingleness very subtle • chest tightness mainly upper right above breast
I had these before tapering. Except dizziness and tunnel vision/burning is newer on lexapro.
Maybe my anxiety/panic attack came up again because my body was trying to warn me of this ?
Idk im scared

2023.05.30 22:12 LaScoundrelle AITBF for being furious (to the point of possible divorce) with my husband over foster kittens?
My husband (38M) and I began fostering kittens together over the pandemic. It was a hobby we both really enjoyed, or so I thought.
Recently though, I got called to go away fairly suddenly on a lengthy work trip. We were already scheduled to pick up some newly-weaned 6-week-old kittens a few days before my leave. I told my husband if he wasn’t sure he could handle them on his own we could let the shelter know right away so they could find a different foster home. But he insisted he could do it on his own.
I trusted his word, but told him if it got to be too much he could probably coordinate with the foster Programme manager to bring them back after a couple of weeks and it would probably be okay.
For the first three days after I left, he sent me cute photos of himself playing with the kittens, and it seemed all was well. On the fourth day he texted to tell me he’d taken them back to the shelter and felt bad about it. I was shocked and demanded an explanation, and if he’d coordinated the return with the foster coordinator.
He said that he’d not coordinated the return with the foster coordinator, who was not scheduled to be back to the office for another four days, meaning the poor kittens would likely just sit in the shelter at least until she got back.
In way of explanation, he said he was feeling overwhelmed with work and also receiving requests from a real estate agent to make the apartment available for showing (we’re planning to move in a couple of months and aren’t supposed to have pets in the apartment, although we’d talked about contingency plans before I left for moving the kittens out during showings, and in my opinion it would have been totally reasonable for him to tell the real estate agent that he needed at least a few days before showing anyway).
I’m so hurt and disappointed by the way he handled the situation. I feel like intercommunication is a chronic problem in our relationship, where he doesn’t tell me things that I think it should be obvious I’d want to know in a timely manner. Plus I feel like it was a really callous way to handle the kittens. I made my unhappiness very evident to him, and then he wrote a somewhat emotional apology to the foster coordinator, and also tried calling her. But she didn’t respond to either, so I figure she’s also unhappy and done working with us as volunteers now also.
This hasn’t been the first challenge in our relationship, but I definitely have a soft spot for baby animals and I feel like this has really shaken my trust in who he is as a person, and whether I can rely on him to take care of others (like hypothetical children) or to make good on his word. I cried a lot after this, and haven’t wanted to talk to him much either. To be honest I’m contemplating divorce, and while it’s not only over this, this has definitely played a big role.
Part of me worries this is an extreme and irrational reaction on my part though, given he also told me he felt bad about taking them back. So Reddit, AITBF?

2023.05.30 22:11 Ironclad_89B Opioid equianalgesia / tolerance - please help!
Hello everyone,
Sorry for the long post, but someone please help me with suggestions or information, I am desperate for pain relief! I am a 28 year old male, considered 100% disabled by DOD after 10 years of being in the military. I have Spondylolisthesis, spondylosis, spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, herniations at L4-L5, L5-S1, T8-T9, C4-C5, arthritis in multiple facet joints, both knees very arthritic with severe crepitus, tendinitis, a couple of cruciate ligament injuries and meniscus removed from the left, along with right hip arthritis, chronic migraines, labral tear and impingement in right shoulder- among many others. I hit the jackpot with chronic pain, which I’ve had for 8 years now. I started on chronic opioid therapy 7 years ago, which has literally kept me alive. Before my last deployment I was at a 65mg MME (ER Morphine and hydrocodone). When I came home, I ended up switching to Buprenorphine (titrated to 24mg) and Tramadol for breakthrough (I understand Buprenorphine blocks the opioid receptors for the most part, but Tramadol’s mechanism of action with Serotonin was helping my pain noticeably more, plus I absolutely was still getting some of the opioid receptor relief, just not all) because my pain was just getting much worse. Now, almost two years later, I have switched back to full-agonist opioids, currently ER Morphine and Norco again, 30mg and 15mg/24hrs respectively. I withdrew pretty hard from the Buprenorphine for about 11 days, I knew what to expect and got through it (I hate doing months of tapering, I would much rather do a 3 day taper and precipitate withdrawals to get it over with ASAP, pain management doc was okay with this) but now that the Buprenorphine is all out of my system, this dose is not only not controlling my pain very well at all, but I am in a constant state of mild withdrawals. I believe it is because of Buprenorphine’s absurdly high MME (750mg MME for the dose i was at) pushing my tolerance up quite a bit. I know with partial-agonists it is not a direct/exact 750mg MME, so obviously my body is still not in need of even 1/4 of that MME to meet my tolerance levels.
I am wondering what a reasonable/expected dose titration or medication switch could be reasonably expected in this situation, where my daily COWS score is 24-34, and pain level is 7-7.5 on average.
Would it be absurd to ask to increase from 15mg MSContin BID to 15mg TID (Q8H) if I am having end of dose failure at ~9 hours, and potentially switch the Norco 5mg TID to Oxycodone 5mg TID for the slight MME increase and higher bioavailability? That would be an MME increase of 22.5mg, from 45mg to 67.5mg. Closer to where I was at before Buprenorphine, to not only account for getting me out of withdrawals, but also treating my pain effectively. Or is something like 10mg ER Morphine TID/Q8H and 2mg Dilaudid IR TID more reasonable to ask about at 54mg MME? I have never tried Hydromorphone so I do not know how effective it is known to be vs. Oxycodone.
I would love to try Levorphanol being the much safer sister to methadone with it’s 8-12 hr half life instead of a stupidly unpredictably long half life and no QT prolongation, and even stronger NMDA receptor activity, but it seems it is such a rarely used medication that most doctors are quite unfamiliar with it and it’s extremely difficult to find a pharmacy that carries it or can order it, but my insurance will cover it.
Any advice, suggestions, or experience would be extremely appreciated! Thank you!

2023.05.30 22:11 robmichaelfield UK - Advice for Disabled Father
Hi all, first time here so apologies if this post breaks any rules.
I'm nearly 30 now and have been living on my own for nearly 10 years and in that time my dad has been blighted by a disability causing him to lose the use of his legs. As tragic as it is, it was always manageable because he had the support of our mother.
It's been nearly half a year since she had a breakdown and was permanently hospitalized due to dementia. Her absence has been huge, and most noticeable in the care my father receives. For some context, my father has always been a very unclean man and that's been a contact all of my life. He's great, but he has never understood hygiene, even when he was well. My mum was always single factor keeping the house in liveable conditions.
Since she's been gone, I've been the only one in a position to really step up and help out financially. I've temporarily moved home to try and help him gain some independence but I'm just losing hope. It's important to remember here that he is, by nature, a very piggish man, even before the disability. So I try to approach the problem to tackle the accessibility issues: I'm trying to make cleaning as easy as possible for him and remove any barriers. I paid for a private occupational therapist who was great and fast-tracked some nursing which he now receives every morning - they come and make breakfast and give him a wash (he typically refuses the wash, but I'm sure as his confidence grows he'll do it more often). I've seen some real progress in the accessibility of the house and his outlook. I do not, however, see any progress in the cleanliness of the house. And please don't read this as me putting a disabled man down - this isn't just leaving things on the floor because he obviously can't reach it - it's the kind of mess which is a genuine health concern. I hired cleaners last month and they charged me double because they claimed the house was in such a dire state. I am not exaggerating, the house was almost back to an absolute state almost a whole week after the deep clean.
It's unsustainable. I'm trying my hardest but I just can't keep up. I cannot be his full-time nurse, and even if I was, he creates too much mess for me to keep up with anyway. He'll make a slice of toast and leave the opened bag of bread on the floor next to the bin and the butter will stay open without a lid for a week, with flies and mould around it as he continues to use it. This isn't just his disability but his mindset. I've typed too much and feel like I'm ranting now, and some of this was therapeutic for me, so thank you for taking the time to read because I'm really struggling stay calm and patient with him.
I think the ultimate point of this post is to ask for any advice - has anybody been in similar situations? What can I do not just to make it easier for him, but for him to want to do it? Full-time care is off the table as the nurses believe he's capable of looking after himself, which I believe is also true. I think having a large, accessible bin for the kitchen would work well too, maybe something electric. Just any advice would be great, thanks.

2023.05.30 22:11 StoaStoa 1 Year Rental + Question on reasonable landlord/tenant responsibilities
Hey all. Haven't rented yet, but want to gather some information beforehand for both ourselves and possible future tenants for last time before making the decision.
Sorry for the long posts/questions.
We are leaving Toronto for two years and haven't decided to sell the current home or move back to the city (after ~2 years). Ideally, we'd rent the home for 12 months to cover the mortgage (18 months if the tenant needs time) and then decide if to move back or sell based on job needs.
A lot of horror stories here and online about renting... I know tenants vary and the majority are good, but assuming the worst scenario/tenants (i.e. do things out of spite). Please don't be offended.
Question 1
There are carpenter ants in the house, as far as we can tell it's from the woods outside, so we can't fully find/kill the colony. Before we sprayed the home, we see about 1-2 ants daily, and after the treatment 1-2 ants monthly. No roaches or bedbugs, but do have spiders and house centipedes as it's near the woods.
If I understand correctly, the landlord is responsible for all pest control if the tenant requests it, this is good (we'd like to keep the home in good condition too). Given the situation, if the ants/spiders/centipedes cannot be fully eliminated, what frequency does the landlord have to provide pest control? Can the tenant use this as a clause that the landlord neglects safe living conditions/repairs?
Question 2
I know someone that's renting, and he said everything from changing the lightbulb is the landlord's responsibility. He would call up the landlord even if one bulb is out, refuse to change it himself (the landlord said he'd reimburse the cost of the bulb), make the landlord drive hours to his unit (or pay a contractor for a bulb change). Can this be real?
We are going to be away from the city, and it's an old house, there are going to be minor repairs and issues (i.e. take 1 second to flip the fuse panel if the fuse trip), we can't make those trips weekly.
Question 3
Similar to the above, what about lawn mowing and snow removal? Again, it looks like the landlord's responsibility. Can we "discount" the rent on the contract if the tenant agrees to do it? How does everyone approach this situation? Third-party contractor?
Question 4
I hope I don't get a lot of heat for this question. If after one year the tenant doesn't want to move out.
If we move back to Toronto, then assume we have to issue N12 and wait for 8-12 months for LTB, so it's at least straightforward...
If we decide to sell, I know it's not legal to ask the tenant to move out for this reason, so most likely cash for the key (from the posts here).
If we explain to the renter that the rental is for 1 year only before renting. Also thought about lower the rent for the inconvenience, as the goal is to cover the mortgage (but it might be more incentive for the tenant not to move out). So I guess both wouldn't work if the tenant decide to stay?
Again, please don't be offended. I realize the rental market is bad for both tenants (high rent) and landlords (long LTB wait time). We want to be fair, but at the same time have to protect our interest too, so if all unfavorable solutions to the questions above, we would just eat the cost/interest/vacant tax/insurance for the 2 years and not rent out at all (or air bnb, or sell now but not likely to afford if decide to move back).
I will not likely reply but thank you all in advance.

2023.05.30 22:11 ThrowRA_053023 Accidentally hurt my (27f) friend's (26f) feelings over something dumb. How can I apologize?
Accidentally hurt my (27f) friend's (26f) feelings over something dumb and I feel terrible. How can I fix this?
My friend is very secretive. She never really tells me anything that's going on in her personal life outside of basic stuff like work or vacations. If I ask, she gets very cagey and says she can't say. I'm a fairly reserved person, too, so we basically just talk once a month or so and update each other about our lives. Despite this, she's my oldest friend and I've known her for most of my life.
She got married about a couple of years ago and her secrecy has gotten even more extreme. I've never even spoken to her husband (although he's very religious, so this isn't super abnormal). She had a lot of mental health and family issues and he does, too. It annoys me that I can't ask a small talk question like, "Is your husband working on getting his driver's license?," without her shutting me down, but I let it slide.
We live in the same city but almost never see each other. Last summer, she showed up at my house one weekend afternoon when I was sleeping on the couch in my pajamas. Since she saw me through the window, I had to tell her to wait outside the door while I got dressed. I felt really awkward and thought it was a bit rude, since we don't really have that kind of casual relationship.
Anyway, this past Saturday she showed up at my house unannounced again. My housemate opened the door and told her I was out. I called her later to ask why she hadn't let me know that she would be visiting. At first, she first refused to answer. When I pressed her she gave me a very vague answer about how she didn't know her husband's schedule and when he would be home for dinner and/or she had been napping I wasn't sure when she would wake up. I was unreasonably annoyed at her for being spontaneous because of her napping schedule but also expecting me to be available for her with no notice.
I told her that I'd love to see her but that she wasn't the only one who takes naps on Saturday and that she should let me know in advance next time before she shows up. She got very quiet and said, "Okay."
I realized I had hurt her feelings and I got very flustered. I just kind of started rambling about how I felt embarrassed when she came over last time unannounced. As soon as I said it I felt so bad. She just kind of said, "Okay," again. I immediately apologized and made some lame excuses about being stressed. I've been thinking about it for the past several days and I feel really awful. She went out of her way to come visit me and I made her feel unwelcome for no real reason. How can I apologize to her?

2023.05.30 22:10 megaman45 Amp recommendation for these speakers?
| I have a pair of acoustic research ar-15 High res speakers. I posted about them in an earlier post. I was able to track down their specs from a manual I found online https://preview.redd.it/t9enxdvhu03b1.jpg?width=759&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c9c5158c81144c43218e61a368ef6f97b9f4e43c I am now looking for an amp/receiver recommendation to drive them (the $10 one I bought used is having problems). My room is 15x21 feet, and my couch is around 8 feet from my speakers. I don’t have a smaller room to put them in. I also don’t really listen to them that loud because my wife and kids don’t like it. I play music from a record player with a built-in phono stage and also from my iPad (9th gen still has headphone jack) connected through a 3.5mm to RCA cord. Are there any standalone budget mini amps that would work for this, for $200 or under? I am okay switching cords around when needed, as I don’t switch my music very often. I would also consider an integrated amp or receiver for $400 or under, but i am enjoying nerding out on the specialized budget components. For what it is worth, the guy at my local audio store said the Yamaha A-S301 would be too weak for these speakers (he asked about room size), and he thought I should buy the A-S501. He knew my budget, so he knew he would lose a sale by saying that, which I respect. But is he right? Also, I’m trying my best to learn this stuff, but I am struggling to understand how to pair speakers and amps, even after reading a few articles. If you feel like explaining why the amp would pair well with the speakers, I would love it, but I know you all are busy, so no worries if not. submitted by megaman45 to BudgetAudiophile [link] [comments] |
2023.05.30 22:10 ezacharyk Strange Time To Make A Stardew Valley Baby
So, my daughter has been playing Stardew Valley recently. She decided to marry Elliot. I guess she really liked the author vibe. Well anyway, she got him to 14 hearts and triggered his 14 heart event. For those who don't know, this is when he goes on a book tour and sends you letters home every day.
In the middle of this event, she takes her character to bed and that night, Elliot asked her if they wanted a baby. She was kind of surprised. I was kind of surprised. So I shrugged and told her that she must have been visited by Zeus. She and I had a good laugh about that.

2023.05.30 22:10 linked_camp Maximizing Your Time with LinkedIn Automation: Tips and Tricks
LinkedIn has evolved from being just a social networking site to a powerful platform for professionals and businesses alike. With over 875 million users worldwide, LinkedIn has become the go-to resource for building professional connections, finding job opportunities, and marketing your brand. But with so much competition on the platform, it can be challenging to stand out and make meaningful connections that lead to business success. That's where LinkedIn automation tools come in handy! In this post, we'll explore everything you need to know about maximizing your time with LinkedIn automation tools – from what they are and their benefits to how to use them effectively and tips for getting the most out of them.
So let's dive in!
Understanding of LinkedIn Automation?
LinkedIn automation is the practice of using tools to automate repetitive tasks on LinkedIn. These tools help professionals save time and increase productivity by automating tasks such as sending connection requests, messaging prospects, and endorsing skills.
One of the main advantages of LinkedIn automation is that it allows users to reach a wider audience in less time than it would take to do manually. By automating these tasks, businesses can focus on other important aspects of their operations while still maintaining an active presence on LinkedIn.
However, it's essential to use these tools responsibly and ethically. Using automation too aggressively or without proper targeting can lead to your account being flagged as spammy or even banned from the platform altogether.
That's why it's crucial only to use reputable automation tools that comply with LinkedIn's terms of service. Additionally, be sure to set appropriate limits on how many actions you perform each day so that you don't overwhelm yourself or risk damaging your account's reputation.
When used correctly, LinkedIn automation can be a powerful tool for amplifying your brand visibility and generating leads – all while saving you precious time!

There are several benefits to using LinkedIn automation tools. Firstly, it saves time by allowing you to automate mundane tasks such as sending connection requests or follow-up messages. This frees up more time for meaningful engagement with your connections and potential clients.
Secondly, automation allows for better targeting of prospects. With the ability to filter connections based on various criteria, such as industry or job title, you can ensure that your outreach efforts are directed toward those who are most likely to be interested in your services.
Thirdly, LinkedIn automation can increase productivity by enabling you to send out a higher volume of personalized messages in a shorter amount of time.
Automation tools can help boost the effectiveness of your marketing efforts by providing analytics and insights into which campaigns are working best. This information allows for adjustments and improvements to be made on the fly.
Utilizing LinkedIn automation tools offers numerous advantages that make it an essential part of any effective marketing strategy on the platform.
The Different Types of LinkedIn Automation Tools
There are several LinkedIn automation tools available in the market today. Each tool has its own set of features and functionalities designed to cater to different needs. Here are some of the most common types of LinkedIn automation tools:
Connection request and follow-up tools: These tools automate connection requests, allowing you to send out hundreds or thousands of requests at once. They also provide automatic follow-up messages for when these connections respond.
Lead generation and outreach tools: These help you find targeted leads based on specific criteria such as job title, industry, location, etc., and then automatically message them with your pitch or offer.
Posting and scheduling tools: These allow you to schedule posts ahead of time so that they go live at optimal times for engagement rates.
Analytics and tracking tools: These enable you to track your campaigns' performance by monitoring metrics like views, clicks, conversions, etc., allowing you to fine-tune your marketing strategy accordingly.
CRM integrations: Some automation platforms integrate with popular CRMs like Sales force or HubSpot so that all your leads generated from LinkedIn can be automatically added to your CRM system.
It's important to research each tool carefully before deciding which one is right for you, as there can be significant differences between them in terms of pricing plans, features offered, etc.
How to Use LinkedIn Automation Tools
Using LinkedIn automation tools can help you save time and streamline your marketing efforts, but it's important to use them properly in order to avoid getting flagged by LinkedIn as a spammer. Here are some tips for using LinkedIn automation tools effectively:
Choose the right tool: There are many different types of LinkedIn automation tools available, so it's important to choose one that fits your needs and budget.
Set up your account: Once you've chosen a tool, make sure to set up your account properly by connecting it with your LinkedIn profile and configuring any necessary settings.
Define your audience: Before you start automating outreach messages or connection requests, define who your target audience is so that you can tailor your messaging accordingly.
Personalize messages: While automation can save time, it shouldn't come at the expense of personalization. Make sure to personalize each message based on the recipient's profile information.
Monitor progress: Keep an eye on how well your automated messages are performing and adjust them as needed based on response rates and feedback from recipients.
By following these guidelines for using LinkedIn automation tools effectively, you can maximize their benefits while avoiding potential pitfalls along the way.
Tips and Tricks for Maximizing Your Time with LinkedIn Automation
Maximizing your time with LinkedIn automation tools can be a game-changer for businesses and professionals looking to increase their productivity and efficiency on the platform. Here are some tips and tricks that you can use to make the most out of your LinkedIn automation experience.
First, it's important to identify which tasks you want to automate. This could include sending connection requests, messaging new connections, or scheduling posts. Once you have identified these tasks, choose an appropriate tool that matches your needs.
Secondly, create personalized messages for each prospect instead of using generic templates. Personalization helps build trust and foster relationships with potential clients or partners.
Thirdly, set realistic limits on how many actions per day you want your tool to perform. Overusing automation can lead to account suspensions or bans from LinkedIn as well as damage relationships with prospects.
Fourthly, track your progress by analyzing data such as open rates of messages sent or a number of successful connection requests made in a given period. This will allow you to fine-tune your approach over time and adjust accordingly.
Remember that while automation may save time upfront; building meaningful relationships requires personal effort beyond automated tools. Always strive towards authentic interactions when engaging with others on LinkedIn, regardless if it's done manually or automatically using tools like Hubspot Sales Hub or LinkedCamp Cloud Based LinkedIn Automation Tool.
Conclusion
In today's fast-paced world, time is money. That's why using LinkedIn automation tools can really help maximize your efficiency when it comes to networking and marketing. With the right strategies in place, you can use these tools to save time while still delivering effective results.
Whether you're looking for a way to automate your messaging or want to schedule posts ahead of time, there are plenty of options available. By taking advantage of these tools and implementing our tips and tricks, you'll be able to boost engagement on your page while freeing up more time for other important tasks.
However, it is important not to rely solely on automation, as personal interaction is key in building strong relationships. Don't forget that connecting with people directly, engaging in conversations, and staying current with industry trends should always remain a top priority.
LinkedIn automation tools provide an excellent opportunity for businesses looking to improve their brand awareness online through social media platforms like LinkedIn. Remember that by using these tools wisely alongside good old-fashioned hard work will lead you down the path toward success!

2023.05.30 22:10 atomic_chippie Start/stop frustration
This is vent/question if you will. I live in a rural area, very few providers but have a decent enough relationship with current NP. She has a past with BED, understands weight/mental health issues, is caring but not always on the ball. Three weeks ago, I had an appt, we decided to go with Wegovy, she shows me how to do the first injection, it leaks all over, no yellow bar. Defunct, so we use another from the sample box. I go home with two .25 remaining. Take those over 2 weeks, slight nausea, no weight loss, but am absolutely excited about moving up.
Have an appt this week, a teaching appt as she's having wegovy sent from a compounding pharmacy, different administration. I call the office today, asking when/where it's supposed to arrive, the MA checks my chart, NP never sent the prescription in.
Ok, can I just pick up another box of samples since NP made a mistake, I can just stay on .25 for now? Sure, let me check. No samples here, but the rep might be coming in this week? Oh great, please call when available. Can't, NP is the only provider in the office, she's out with Covid, then on vacation for a month, she has to sign for samples.
Um, wtf? So now what? They don't know when the prescription will be called in, and the MA said it takes weeks to be filled. So, I will have nothing for weeks but am supposed to jump to .5? Has anyone else done this? Not seeing any other choice but um...how bad are the side effects going to be?

2023.05.30 22:10 Donnelly3541 Odds of ending back up in the ER
My daughter is 5 months old. We returned home yesterday after spending 3 days in the hospital for dehydration. When the call was made to discharge her, she was steadily increasing her formula intake and had not thrown up in 24 hours. She looked to be on the mend. Diagnosis was "probably something viral".
Cut to today: she has drank 6.5oz since 6am (it is now 4pm) and her wake windows are only about 1-1.5hrs long. She also just puked up several of those ounces. She is still VERY happy and acting herself.
Feels like at this rate we're going to end up back in the ER very soon and it's just a matter of time until we see the dehydration signs. Am I being pessimistic? Have you gone through something similar? How long did it take to get back to normal? She is 7th percentile and already struggled with eating enough so this has been really stressful.
We have a follow-up with her pediatrician tomorrow afternoon and I'm just hoping they don't send us back to the ER.
