2023.05.30 22:07 SilverNarifia Motherboard Misadventures

TL;DR - I got a new motherboard, but the screen won't work with it (screen works just fine with the old motherboard). Is there a reasonably easy fix for this, or do I just have to get another new motherboard?
So I have an ipod classic 7th Gen. Works great, except that the charging port is totally wrecked. I looked up how to replace the charging port, and that kind of micro-soldering work is beyond me (I just don't have the tools or the training). Repairmen said it would take 350 - 400 bucks to fix, and I was like, nope, I can just replace the whole motherboard for less than a hundred bucks.
So I got a replacement motherboard from this person on ebay. They have 100% positive feedback, glowing reviews, and a ton of sales. Seemed okay to me, so I purchased the motherboard.
Opened my baby up, switched out the motherboards... and the screen wouldn't turn on. The ipod itself was working fine because I could still hear the hard drive spinning. So I switched the motherboards back just to make sure I didn't damage the screen during the process, and the screen works just fine with the old one.
So here's my conundrum: I don't want to ship this motherboard back and request another new one. I mean, I'll do it, but as a last resort. Is there ANY way I can troubleshoot and repair the new motherboard so the screen will work? Or will that also require micro-soldering that I can't do on my own?
Thanks in advance for reading / responding!

2023.05.30 21:14 lennylincs Question on H&M baby clothes sizing-- should I size down?

I'm looking at buying a sweater from H&M for the 0-3 months stage. Online reviews show H&M baby clothes running large. My questions for those who have purchased baby clothes from H&M-- should I buy the NB size and expect it to fit my baby during 0-3 months? Or should I expect 0-3 months to fit properly?
Edit: So I just looked at their sizing again and am really thrown off now: NB says- 1-2 months and 3M says 2-4 months. So would the NB size fit 1-2 months? Or would it fit a newborn?

2023.05.30 20:53 flippingdabird099 Honestly forgot about these for a minute...

Anyway enjoy some highlights:
1) Took 17 minutes to even get to the topic, had to start with stories of people coming up to them and telling them how much they love Brit or how god told them to tell her she's going to have a baby (though I specifically remember her saying god won't tell someone else to tell you something but I digress)
2) Jdong likes to take actual pictures of her sleeping with her mouth open but actual photos of her that look good exist only in his mind
3) Joke about how they have cinco de mayo tattooed on them, silly oversight since the "due date" is what's important
4) Going to pray as if she's going to get a child, does she want a boy or a girl? What time of the year does she want to be pregnant, just claiming all the things as if they are already happening (manifestation would like to have a word)
5) Attended two funerals in this break (jdong's aunt and a big brother figure jdong knew)
6) New YT video coming this Thursday talking about her experience with the break
7) Jdong offering awful dad jokes for comedic relief and brit not getting the majority if not all of them
8) Jdong offers up that miscarriage is becoming more prevalent, church sermon they attended gave biblical reason as to why but they didn't repeat it so I'm confused
9) Brit hints at addressing the case in detail next week
10) Take 5, 10, 30 seconds to leave a 5 star review because the trolls are "wilin". Asks Jordan if he has read them but he says he can't concern himself with keyboard warriors who probably haven't even listened to the podcast
11) Got her period 2 days prior to the recording so at least for now, still no baby to be exploited, won't he do it.

2023.05.30 19:59 imacatholicslut Pretty sure I’m being fired tomorrow

It’s a long long story to get into but I have been working remotely for a marketing software company for over two years. I came back from Mat leave at the end of February after having my baby in December.
I almost quit during my pregnancy because the company merged twice by acquiring others so I got saddled with 50+ accounts, many of which were already upset, angry with our service and and orphaned (didn’t have a manager). I had a difficult, high risk pregnancy and I am single, living alone.
I had to fight really hard to get them to treat me compassionately and to reduce my workload. I talked to HR and things got better, I was switched to a different team (third switch) and went on Mat leave. I come back from Mat leave and am immediately put into an “onboarding program” which was essentially run like I was a new employee. I was told they were doing this because of my performance issues and that it was necessary for my success. I did as such, but then our new VP started making me uncomfortable.
She started a month ago. For context, she is from Hong Kong and worked very high up the ladder for Goldman Sachs. In a group meeting where we’re introducing ourselves and doing an ice breaker, she said something I considered to be offensive. I mentioned I have an infant daughter and explained the meaning behind her name. She responded with “oh you’re Filipino? We have lots of Filipino maids in Hong Kong”
I was frankly taken aback and so I just laughed nervously and waited to her to move on. It took everything in me not to clap back with “Filipinos are also teachers, lawyers, doctors…” but I held my tongue. She may not see it as an insult and there is nothing wrong with being a maid or “domestic helper” but what I gathered from that comment was “oh yeah we have Filipino maids, they’re scrubbing my toilet as we speak!”
Idk maybe it’s because I used to be an organizer or because I don’t have my college degree but I was really unhappy after that exchange.
The next meeting we had she told me that she graded me an “F” on the onboarding program even though I finished all of it and had the program administrator review everything for accuracy. She did my “annual review” (even though she was only there for a month) and told me that she talked to a bunch of people who worked with me to get an idea of how my 2022 went. I did my best to explain the circumstances of why that year was rough, with mergers, a high risk pregnancy, too many clients and middle management making my life hell when I needed to take PTO or go to doctors appointments.
She nodded her head and acted empathetic, until she told me that it was expensive to retain me and put me through that program and that if it had been up to her I would be gone already. She said she thinks I am smart and capable, and that I “take any and all criticism very well” and have the right attitude. She told me I need to be better for my daughter and to do it for [daughters name]” which also made uncomfortable. Everyone knows I am a single mother.
Then it was like a switch was flipped. She got very serious and told me that I “did not read her email” and that she was really angry with me because she was clear. What actually happened was that I pushed back a little helping a client with something they needed right away that is not in their contract. She didn’t wait for me to explain that I felt the client would be more inclined to give us more business if we helped them this one time and upsell to them so it would be part of their contract going forward.
She interrupted me, leaned forward into the camera and yelled “NO, I was VERY CLEAR!” Right in front of my director. It’s been years since I’ve been yelled at and I wasn’t prepared at all for that reaction.
I shut down and just took it on the chin. she told me that in our next meeting she’ll decide what’s next for me and implied that it’s a meeting to determine if I’m going to be employed.
My director feels bad for me and backed me up on the fact that I have been moved around a lot and haven’t had the stability to grow and improve. She told me she doesn’t have a say in the final decision but that she feels I’m a valuable asset.
My meeting with this VP is tomorrow and I am terrified. My director has no idea what it will entail. I’m braced for the worst.
So am I overreacting here and being too sensitive? I am already cleaning up my resume and getting ready to apply for other jobs because honestly I should be making at least 25k more for the amount of work I’m doing. I do not have a college degree but I make 75k so I consider that a plus because other companies can negotiate down a bit on salary, but I’ve been in the industry for 8 years.
Is this just how business is done in Hong Kong? Do I just need to swallow my pride and accept that she has a different management style?
I am not trying to start an argument on race or ethnicity in this post but I feel really poorly about myself now. It isn’t the first time I’ve been made to feel lesser than by a boss who looked down on me for being Filipino. Anytime I have to interact with her I feel like she is talking to me like a child and that she thinks I should be scrubbing someone’s floor instead.
I do not want to report her to HR because I already reported her predecessors for what they said to me last year, I think if I mention the maid comment I’ll get laughed at. I doubt the average American realizes just how exploited and mistreated Filipinos are as workers in HK. The situation is too nuanced for me to explain to most people and I’m no expert either, but she should be well aware of the politics and abusive relationship between the PRC and the Philippines. It is not a secret and I have acquaintances in HK trying to provide mutual aid for other Filipino domestic workers.
I am trying my best not to make any mistakes but I feel that it is too late and I am not going to be kept past tomorrow.
Any advice or insight would be helpful, TIA 🙏🏽

2023.05.30 19:54 pineapplenyc808 What’s the best way to phrase a recent resignation during the interview process?

I resigned from a high stress high pay position (Sr. VP in finance) back in March to take time off to spend with my two small children. I was completely burn out. I traveled worked long hours and hardly saw my family. I missed nearly all the time that my two children were “babies”. I am a female in a male dominated industry. I am also a minority.
I was promoted in December and realized I blinked and missed 5.5 years (I have a 5.5 year old and a 3 year old). I resigned in March when it was clear my work life balance was completely out of whack.
After taking 2 months off to breath I began searching for a new position, with the hope of finding a better balance, but just from a few discussions with headhunters, I’m getting the sense that the “time off” I needed to recharge from burnout is getting mixed reviews.
Any thoughts on how to phrase to avoid raising concerns from prospective employers? I am torn about how to phrase.

2023.05.30 18:32 chronic-venting Katy Butler covered the Ramona recovered-memory trial in Napa County last spring for the _Los Angeles Times_ magazine. She is a staff writer for the _San Francisco Chronicle_ and works as a consulting editor for _Psychotherapy Networker_

February 5, 1995
On May 8, 1991, seven years after her father's death, a graying, impeccably groomed former Miss America named Marilyn Van Derbur walked to a podium in a small auditorium on the University of Colorado's Denver campus. Announcing a family gift of $260,000 to a university research program on child sexual abuse, the onetime Outstanding Woman Speaker in America said that her late father, Francis—a millionaire philanthropist whose name was inscribed on the local Boy Scout building—had repeatedly violated her between the ages of 5 and 18.
Van Derbur said she had no conscious memories of what her father had done to her until she was 24. She had coped, she said, by somehow splitting herself. A high-achieving "day child" skied, played the piano and studied hard—utterly failing to incorporate any awareness of a mute, terrified "night child" whose legs, she said, were repeatedly pried apart in the darkness by her father's insistent hands.
Van Derbur thought she was speaking only to the people in the room that night, but a reporter was there taking notes. Her secret—the kind once taken to the grave or contained in the female domain of gossip—was about to cross the border into the public realm and become news.
Within a day or two, radio talk shows were debating whether she was lying, deluded or telling the truth. Her total "forgetting" of repeated horrors for many years seemed to defy common sense.
Three days after the speech, Marilyn Van Derbur's oldest sister, Gwen, an attorney in Hillsborough, Calif., told the Rocky Mountain News that she, too, had been molested by their father—but she had never forgotten. With that, most questions about Marilyn Van Derbur's credibility and memory ended, and last year her father's name was removed from the Denver Boy Scout building.
But the floodgates had been opened. If power consists in part of determining whose stories will be told and whose believed, the balance of power was shifting. After nearly a century in which many psychiatrists—most of them [cis] male—dismissed such reports as hysterical fantasies, women and men who were sexually abused in childhood lost patience with being spoken about and began to speak for themselves. It was as though Lolita had taken the pen from Humbert Humbert's hand.
The revelations began in the 1980s at 12-step meetings for Adult Children of Alcoholics; they were whispered to a new generation of mostly female therapists whose clients were financially independent women. By 1994, more than 800,000 women had bought a self-help book called The Courage to Heal.
A window had opened, letting in darkness rather than light. Never before in history had so many women accused so many seemingly respectable men.
Little attention has been paid to the feelings of parents accused of abuse—either the innocent or the guilty. Now a comforting counter-explanation for the nation's wave of [incestuous abuse] revelation is being advanced: The problem is not abuse so much as an epidemic of false memories of it, fomented by therapists who suspect it when none has occurred.
The most formidable intellectual champions of this view are cognitive psychologist Elizabeth Loftus, the author, with journalist Katherine Ketcham, of The Myth of Repressed Memory, and Pulitzer Prize-winning social psychologist Richard Ofshe, the author, with journalist Ethan Watters, of Making Monsters. Both argue that an [incestuous abuse] recovery culture—purveyed in self-help and pop psychology books, on TV shows and by reckless therapists—has induced thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of women to falsely accuse their parents.
Loftus, a cognitive psychologist and an eminent memory researcher at the University of Washington, is not a therapist but a hard scientist, an expert on the malleability of memory. She is skeptical of all therapeutic theories (such as the concept of "repression") that have never been scientifically proven and skeptical of "recovered memories" of abuse because, as she writes in her book, she was secretly molested by a male baby-sitter when she was 6 and has never forgotten.
Her concern for the falsely accused has been shaped by nearly 20 years as an expert witness in criminal trials. As she described in a previous book, Witness for the Defense (1991), she tells juries that memory is not a pristine videotape, but subject to distortion, reconstruction, over-dubbing and erasure from stress, retelling, suggestion and the passage of time.
As she recounts in the current book, Loftus began in 1991 to apply her research to the incest debate. She got five university students and colleagues—about 20% of those who tried—to get a younger relative (in two cases young children) to report a mildly traumatic "false memory." They did it by mixing accurate details with a false event—mentioning a familiar shopping mall, for example, and then "reminding" the subject of being lost there until rescued by a fictitious stranger. Based on such limited studies, Loftus speculates that traumatic "memories" of [incestuous abuse] have been implanted unwittingly by therapists in thousands of women.
This view is supported by about 16,000 parents who have contacted the False Memory Syndrome Foundation of Philadelphia since 1992 to say they have been wrongly accused. Their daughters (and some sons), they say, developed "false memories" after reading The Courage to Heal, joining an [incestuous abuse] recovery group or being hypnotized or encouraged to draw or write about their childhoods by their therapists.
[...]
Making Monsters also uses case studies to build a broad attack on all therapy centered on the past. Therapy, Ofshe and Watters argue [...], is less a science than a system of influence, suggestion and belief. In the office, clients construct "narratives" of their lives that usually highlight what the therapist thinks is important: childhood trauma, perhaps, rather than present time. Do women benefit, he asks, from a life lived through a rearview mirror? It's a provocative argument, though it seems overstated: What happens to us affects us, after all.
[...]
That said, their books are not the dispassionate work of scientists. In Ofshe and Watters' book, the [incestuous abuse] recovery movement—composed primarily of women who have never forgotten memories of garden-variety abuse—has "morphed" into the "recovered memory movement," a quasi-cult of hysterical women devoted to explaining away all present problems by dowsing for a traumatic past.
[...]
While decrying as "pseudoscientific" the credulity of [incestuous abuse recovery] therapists, both Ofshe and Loftus seem remarkably uninterested in the vagaries of memory of those who have sexually abused children. Psychotherapists who work regularly with such men and women report that they frequently have alcohol problems that affect memory, or deny what they've done and admit or remember it months or years later.
Loftus makes only a glancing reference to Marilyn Van Derbur, and Ofshe does not mention her at all; nor do they discuss many other cases that might contradict these books' central article of faith. Loftus, curiously, does not include any reference to a scientific study she co-published last year in the Psychology of Women Quarterly; in the study, which would appear to contradict the title of her own book, more than half of the 105 women questioned at a substance abuse center reported having been sexually abused as children, and almost a fifth of that group reported a period of total forgetting, after which their memories returned.
Ofshe, for his part, tells readers that by "conservative estimate" 15% of "recovered memory therapy" cases eventually involve allegations of ritual abuse. That statistic is as unscientific as the wildest overestimates of incest; it comes from a voluntary survey of 500 members of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, the support group for accused parents.
Almost all of Ofshe and Watters' case studies are hidden behind pseudonyms from independent inquiry, forcing the reader to trust the writer's conclusions rather than see how they were reached. The looseness with which he treats the material is evident in Chapter 6 of Making Monsters. Here he tells the story of "Jane"—a Washington state woman called Lynn Crook who has identified herself in a letter she circulated to the media disputing Ofshe's account. In Ofshe's account, Crook was led down the garden path by self-help books and therapists until she fabricated horrible memories of sexual abuse by her father, a respectable physician. Two of her sisters, apparently caught up in the hysteria, supposedly then interpreted vague and ambiguous memories as signs that they, too, had been abused. Crook sued her father (both Ofshe and Loftus appeared as expert witnesses at the trial) and, reportedly to "empower" herself, sought out a local newspaper reporter. As the chapter ends, she appears headed into the delusionary territory of satanic ritual abuse: She recalls seeing a crowd standing around a bonfire in masks, robes.
Although this chapter is told as though Ofshe and Watters can read Crook's mind—her "heart races" at one point—they did not interview her or the sisters who testified on her behalf. The tale is an embellished reconstitution of the court records, and discrepancies in the details do not inspire confidence in Ofshe and Watters' contention that Crook's memories were caused by reckless therapy and the reading of self-help books. The authors have fiddled with the timeline, making it appear that Crook read and positively reviewed The Courage to Heal before, rather than after, she recovered memories of abuse. Crook, in fact, never told anyone that she had informed a local reporter of her suit against her father to "empower" herself; she responded to a phone call from a reporter who ran across the legal filing. One of Crook's sisters supposedly testified that her father had once told her to close her legs; the book, however, omits the last half of the father's reported sentence—"or I'll think you want me." And while Crook's therapist's notes did refer to a frightening memory of people standing around a bonfire in masks, the reference to robes was invented, making the memory sound more indicative of the delusions of satanic ritual abuse that Ofshe seems eager to find everywhere.
Ofshe omits from this account any reference to his own role in the lawsuit. In the court records, Judge Dennis D. Yule comments: "Just as (Ofshe) accuses (therapists) of resolving at the outset (to find) repressed memories of abuse and then constructing them, he has resolved at the outset to find a macabre scheme of memories progressing toward satanic cult ritual and then creates them."
Inaccurate reporting like this takes a book like Making Monsters beyond polemic to backlash.
Sadly, we live in a world that produces its share of Jeffrey Dahmers, Ted Bundys, John Wayne Gacys, Susan Smiths and Francis Van Derburs; the public face people turn toward the world may have little relation to the one expressed in private. Yet if these authors have ever met guilty parents, they haven't written about them. They seem to accept most protestations of parental innocence at face value, even those as half-hearted and ambiguous as "I don't remember doing this" or "I don't think so."
They write movingly of the anguish of parents whose daughters accuse them of horrible crimes, but seem remarkably insensitive to sexually abused children. Families in which [sexual abuse] charges surface are described as "shattered"; but families in which [sexual abuse] really happened were secretly shattered long before anyone brought the truth to light.
[...] the danger is that books like Making Monsters and The Myth of Repressed Memory will once again silence women and men from speaking—and being believed—about very real abuse, and will create a new breed of experts who will once again presume to know the truth.

2023.05.30 17:54 Competitive_Song6364 Locator 43 passport received today - Date of travel TOMORROW

UPDATE: this post is about Locator 42, not 43. My title has a typo and I don't know how to edit the typo
_________________
THANK YOU ALL for all of the info and help provided on this reddit sub. Without you, I wouldn't have gotten my passport in time for my trip.
Here is the timeline for when I got my passport:
3/29 - sent my passport in via my local post office
4/3 - processing
Two weeks before travel date (whenever that was) - called 877 number to have them poke the passport place that i'm traveling in two weeks.
5/23 (5 business days before my travel) - called again - no appointments anywhere except honolulu and PR (ridiculously far for me, I have a newborn that is breastfed so we can't go that far). I hop on reddit and contact my rep (the first one that came up - but I would look at reviews for the offices when choosing with rep/senator's office to help you. The more man power they have, the more they will be able to help you. Or, the more friendly they seem/more accessible, the better as well.
5/24 - I call the 877 number again, at this point, I'm considering going to honolulu or PR with my baby- however, when I call, there are no appointments left anywhere in the U.S. I follow up with my rep and there are no updates. They are very busy. The guy working on my case is working on 30 other cases. I call some other senator's offices, and they tell me it's better to not have multiple inquiries, but that they can help me by poking the congressional office helping me (which is smaller, and has less man power) and hopefully that will get them to prioritize the case/keep me updated.
The next days, I call the 877 number over and over hoping to get any appointment, but nothing. I find the locator 42 Louisiana office phone number on reddit and call 3 x. The woman is always the same, not friendly - but I just ask for an update every time. She says they haven't read my congressional inquiry yet. They says my passport was adjudicated on 5/18 but she doesn't know why it hasn't moved since. Tells me I can't do anything, I'm in the same boat as a bunch of other people and I should have applied earlier b/c I'm only at the 8 week mark.
5/25 - I call the Louisiana office again. Same woman as the day before. She is annoyed at me. Seemingly no help at all. I call my rep again asking for an update - they seem annoyed at me too, and I can't get through to the actual guy working my case, as he's too busy. I call the other senator's office helping me (Hickenlooper - they're amazing btw) where someone I had been talking to there tells me she is going to follow up with rep's office for me to make sure they are doing everything they can. She follows up with them and tells me she has followed up with them and will contact me if she hears anything else from the.
5/25 - rep's office calls me back. They secured me an appointment for 5/31 ( my day of travel) in the morning (10am). My flight is at 5:20pm and they print passports at 2:00 pm. It will be tight. He also tells me locator 42 also pulled my passport for expedite. Hopefully my passport comes before the appointment.
5/26 - I call locator 42 and a nice lady tells me it has been SHIPPED. I have 1-2 day shipping but it's Memorial Day Weekend. The passport website says I will receive it on 5/31, but the tracking number says 5/30. It's a tossup if I'll receive my passport first or if I'll have to go to the appointment.
5/30 - 9:30 am - I RECEIVE PASSPORT! I almost hug the ups driver but I did not of course. EDIT: Old passport arrived in same UPS packet as new passport.
I will be cancelling my aurora passport appointment for tomorrow now. I am hoping one of you is magically able to get it.

Highlighting all of Chantal's content between May 28 up to
Hi Buddies~ I hope u can forgive me for taking a few days of a break from Chantal. I had a few days off work & before my semester starts so I decided to hike through my local mountain ranges. :)
I Know I'm three videos behind so I figured I'd do quick recaps of the last two videos and the latest video as well as any CTP's that are still up. This is gonna basically a summary of everything that happened in the last 2-3 days since the "BIG MAC INSPIRED BURGER AND SPIRAL FRIES" video. I'm gonna be linking to the posts so you can interact with the conversations being had on each. Thanks to everyone I link in advance 4 documenting.

We're starting with the community post on May 28th, you can access the post on this subreddit for it here
https://preview.redd.it/dn7f3t8spz2b1.jpg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0d5d52e1c73bd9986fbd77468af2a33a8cd1b065
This was followed by the video "Yes, my Hep B ANTIBODY test was POSITIVE GET IT RIGHT"
  • Chantal starts the video over a black screen with the text "Proving once again that reaction channels are bored liars"
  • Chantal rages out because she's claiming to see comments and rumors accusing her of being unable to be in Kuwait because of her Hepatitis B and other various STD's
  • To prove everyone wrong, Chantal defiantly shows off her medical records. I'd speculate on them, but you guys seem to have had a really productive conversation abt it on this post.
  • Chantal tries to explain to us what it means to have antibodies of the virus. She seems like she's reading from notes.
  • She switches over to then showing her test results for STD's.
  • Chantal: "My personal life is none of your business, my health is none of your business, my status here is none of your business...and nothing is any of your business. This is the last I am going to be showing this stuff to you."
  • Chantal says that this behavior is defamatory and if she were in Canada and had the means she would come after all of us.
  • Chantal admits she has had STD's in the past because of her cheating abuser. She says it wasn't her fault and we are disgusting for accusing her of being dirty. She urges to "have fun" being liars. There's about 1-2 min of a black screen with "Making this video 8 minutes for more ads" typed on it.
Followed by the next Mukbang "6 AM SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS MUKBANG"
  • Low BMI voice, she's preparing to binge at 6am. She says there's just something about early eating she's not supposed to be doing that really excites her. She's whispering as to not wake up her husband, and it becomes painfully obvious we've come full circle to Lobster Mac'n'Cheese mukbang.
  • Chantal dives into the first bite of her mountain of meatballs, cheese, pasta, and leftover chopped pickles from the Big Mac mukbang.
  • Chantal shows us her giving Harry a snack.
  • Cutting back to mouth noises and moaning, Chantal then talks about the super busy day her and Salah will be having. She says she'll be staying in the car with the AC on for the entirety of their outside time.
  • Chantal adds more and more parmesan cheese with every bite. She seems slightly guilty or aware that binging at 6am is abnormal, she mentions being "weird" and silly multiple times, and then rants about really enjoying salad. There's some self depreciating comments sprinkled throughout the video.
  • Chantal details her almost passing out from heatstroke from going to the Cafe. She then edits herself in speculating that it could have also been social anxiety.
  • Chantal scrapes the bottom of the plate, smacking her lips with the last few forkfuls of pasta.
  • Chantal finishes and then thinks about going back to bed and staying home rather than going out on errands with Salah.
Okay, great so that brings us to this CTP

Leading up to "MY BEST KABAB MUKBANG" 11 hours ago

  • Chantal shows us quite the spread of food. It's a big ass tray of rice, 2 large Kabab over it, random greens, a lemon, pita bread, hot sauce, potato broth, and yogurt served alongside a margarita glass full of juice.
  • Chantal claims she's switched medications and she doesn't know what it is (she snaps her fork lol) but she feels super sleepy and needs to rest immediately at random times in the day. She claims it makes sense that some people use depression medication in replacement of sleep aids.
  • A few moments into the video, Chantal is nearly finished with both Kabobs, the mouth noises are infuriating. She talks about a true crime program she's been watching.
  • Chantal moans constantly, and then begins complaining about Salah being a "typical male" and really loving meat. It's unclear if she's trying to insinuate if Salah got more meat than her or if she only got meat, as to not eat an ungodly amount of rice like her.
  • Chantal finishes the last bit of Kebab, all of the yogurt, all of the potato soup, most of the rice, and all but a swig left of the juice. She bids us bye. Video ends.

Finally, that leads us to the most recent video, "HANDSOMEST MAN. A SONG FOR MY LOVING HUSBAND."

  • The video is literally her singing into an echo-y microphone over a slideshow of her and Salah.

Handsomest man, handsomest man
Oh my gosh, he's the handsomest man
I said no one can love me quite like you can
that's because you're the loveliest man
I'm so happy, thanks to you
I sleep well at night all because of you
close my eyes and dream of you, baby
every night until the sky turns blue
Handsomest man, handsomest man
oh my gosh he's the handsomest man
I said no one loves me quite like you can
that's because you're the loveliest man
I'm so satisfied because of you
I'll say it with my whole chest that I love you
I turn red like a ripe berry when I look at you
oh darling
I'm so so in love with you
Handsomest man, handsomest man
oh my gosh he's the handsomest
I said no one can love you quit like I can
that's because you're the loveliest man
I hope god willing I'll grow old with you
I'm in awe of everything you do, baby
because you make me feel happy with you
oh my gosh I'm so in love with you
handsomest man, handsomest man
oh my gosh he's the handsomest man
I said no one can love me quite like you can,
that's because that's because you're the loveliest man

And that's all. I'm sure she'll b back soon so I'll see y'all then~

2023.05.30 17:32 aishaaminah Nuna bassinet for sleeping

I live in a small one bedroom and hoping to hear reviews on anyone that used this bassinet not only for the stroller but also next to their bed for sleeping using the stand attachment. The website says it’s safe but looking for real life experiences with that. I’m not opposed to buying a second one, I’ve been looking at the halo as well, but because of space would prefer to have just one! Thanks in advance for any feedback! This is my first baby, I’m excited and want him to be comfortable and safe.

My first Strathberry
After careful review and reading through a lot of the comments mostly here in Reddit, I have finally jumped the gun and purchased my first Strathberry. Presenting my Crescent Shoulder bag.
I have used this during my trip and so far, I am very impressed with the quality and how much it can hold stuff. I did not baby it and would sometimes bump it but the bag has no scratches whatsoever.
I am very happy with my purchase and glad that I chose this over Fleuron.

2023.05.30 15:13 valoremz Baby rolls over but won't sleep, what to do?

Baby is 4.5 months. We did the Halo sleep sack for the first three months until she no longer liked being swaddled. Then we did arms out but she would continue to startle herself so we started Merlin sleep suit. We have been doing the Merlin sleep suit for a month now.
Tonight we tried to put her in the Halo transition sack (arms out) and she rolled over in the crib. However, after rolling over she started crying and screaming in that position because she does not know how to get out back on to her back. We put her back in Merlin but she's showing signs she may roll over in it like she did in the transition arms-out sack.
So what to do? Do we just try an arms out sleep sack and keep putting her back on her back if she rolls? More arms out sleep sack during the day? Do we practice more tummy time? If she rolls on to her stomach does that mean she's safe there?
Regarding tummy time, she can roll into it but cannot roll back to her back.
Any advice would be appreciated!

2023.05.30 14:00 dreftzg [Daily News] Seiko Expands King Seiko Collection With Two Non Limited Watches, Bremont’s New Watch Pays Homage To The Most Insane Race Ever And New Depancel Has A New Old Stock Movement From The 60s

It's Tuesday and King Seiko is back for good. It's just not the King Seiko everybody really wanted.

What's new

1/
Seiko Expands King Seiko Collection With Two Non Limited Watches Inspired By The Legendary KSK
The rivalry between King Seiko and Grand Seiko has been strong for years. And for years they battled it out, but Grand won and the King was kind of forgotten. Until fans started asking for it to come back, and Seiko decided to oblige their wishes in 2020 when they started releasing limited numbers of King Seiko recreations. Theses seemed to have been hits for the company, as Seiko now expands the KSK-inspired collection with two slimmer, high-end and non-limited models, the SJE089 and SJE091.
In the 60s, King Seiko watches were deeply respected and they entered numerous chronometry tests, with good results. The most notable of all watches produced by KS was the reference 44-9990, with its hand-wound calibre 44A. Also known as the KSK (KS meaning King Seiko and the K at the end being the acronym for Kisei-Tsuki, stop-seconds in Japanese), it will serve as an inspiration for the comeback of the name.
After a number of limited models, Seiko is now ready to introduce two non-limited models, even though you’ll need a trained eye and a close encounter to differentiate them from a more accessible version from the SPBxxx range. Visually, they are indeed closer to the SPBxxx models and don’t try too hard to recreate the original KSK models, and at the same time, they share their specifications, movement and refinement with the two limited editions previously released.
For the two new models, Seiko has reworked the case to look more like the original 1965 watch and have increased the size a bit from the limited editions - up to 38.6mm from 38.1mm, while slimming it down from 11.4mm to 10.7mm. The finishing on the case is a combination of mirror polished surfaces and hairlines on top areas. The back, screwed and in solid steel, is decorated with the King Seiko emblem, but gone is the nice golden medallion of the two limited editions. Water-resistance is still rated at 50m. You can get the watches with a seven link steel bracelet.
The watch comes with two dial options, a silver and a black. The hands and markers have strong polished bevels on the sides and the dials have been reworked with a more understated and delicate sunray finishing technique that’s closer to the original watch. A small difference can be seen between the two dials; the silver edition has entirely polished hands and markers, while the black edition features a fine hairline finish on top of the hands and markers to heighten the level of contrast with the dial’s dark surface.
Inside is the calibre 6L35, a slimline in-house movement often reserved for the brand’s Presage limited edition. This calibre 6L35 was presented in 2018 as a thinner alternative (3.7mm in height), but also a movement with finer regulation than the other calibre of the brand. Beating at 4Hz with 45 hours of power reserve, it is given for -10/+15 seconds/day.
Launched as part of the permanent collection, the King Seiko SJE089 will be available in July 2023. They will be priced at EUR 3,400.
And these last two sentences are the main issue with the King Seiko. Historically, King Seiko stood for absolute accuracy. To put a -10/+15 seconds/day movement inside, at a price that almost reaches Tudor or a very slightly used (or maybe an even brand new) Grand Seiko, is not a good look and is, honestly, quite disappointing. Especially with their effort to position it as a more high end offering. The calibre 6L35 is not bad. It could just be a bit fine tuned and they would have a great watch.

Bremont’s New Limited Edition Watch Pays Homage To The Most Insane Race To Ever Exist
Before you continue reading this, go to YouTube and type in the Isle of Man TT. Say that you don’t feel going over to YT, just imagine this - you’re strapped to a motorcycle, practically lying down on the road, speeding through a village on the Isle of Man with your helmet inches from a cottage stone wall. That’s the Isle of Man TT, the fastest and most impressive race in the world. There practically hasn’t been a race in which someone doesn’t die - more than 250 riders have died since 1911, six just last year.
The Official Timing Partner of this insane even is Bremont, who just introduced a new watch dedicated to the race. And it’s not just a new colorway on an already existing watch, Bremont actually created a dedicated watch, which makes sense since they are one of the few large mainstream watchmakers from the UK, making it a logical partner for the Isle of Man. This bond is further enhanced with Bremont’s partnership with Peter Hickman, the fastest man ever to have completed the course at an average speed of 135mph (in 2018). The watch is the Isle of Man TT Limited Edition, a racing-oriented chronograph.
The watch uses Bremont’s layered Trip-Tick construction with its modular architecture. The top of the watch consists of a steel module that integrates the lugs. It frames a central container in stripped steel coated with black PVD. The back is closed by a solid steel element, secured to the case by five screws and decorated with the Isle of Man TT circuit. It’s a powerful and sizeable watch, measuring 43mm in diameter, over 15mm in height and 49mm in length.
Upon deeper consideration of the dial you will see it has all the features of a classic dial. But on first glance, it looks radical as it’s made to look like a speedometer on a bike. The hands rotate at 360°, but the main hour track mimics a gauge, with a sector that runs from 08 to 04, and frames two black-rimmed sub-counters, just like the subsidiary gauges on a sports bike. All elements are gloss-black printed over a matte white base, giving a fresh look to this watch. Red accents on the central hand and chronograph hands bring the desired racing vibe, and the date at 6 o’clock doesn’t even feel out of place in this speedy context.
Powering the watch is an automatic, chronometer-certified movement – calibre BE-50AV, based on the ETA 7750 architecture. It has a comfortable 56h power reserve. The watch is worn on a textured rubber strap, closed by a pin buckle.
Limited to 67 pieces and now available, the Bremont Isle of Man TT is priced at EUR 5,975.

The Depancel Jürgen Clauss Chronograph Is A Love Leter To 1960s French Sports Cars With A New Old Stock Movement From The Same Era
Alpine, if you are perhaps unfamiliar, is a cult French carmaker most famous for its tiny sports cars from the 50s, 60s and 70s. More recently, under Renault ownership, they have started making sports cars again and while they are supposedly fantastic cars, the old Alpinas, especially the A110, have a cult following. In order to document this cult following, Jürgen Clauss has formed alpineLAB and has since become one of the foremost experts on this particular French sports car brands. You know who else is into french sports cars? Depancel, who have a range of sports cars themed watches. Depancel teamed up with Clauss to create the Depancel Jürgen Clauss Chronograph. What would otherwise be a boring collaboration for a number of highly specialized collectors actually turned into a very interesting watch.
The Alpine A110 from the 60s is most famous for a very bright blue color and it’s that same blue that dominates on this limited edition watch, with a blazing blue sunburst dial, with black chronograph subdials and baby blue accents on the bezel and seconds hand. The bezel insert is quite intriguing, with the first quarter reserved for a pulsometer and the rest a traditional tachymetre. That makes sense for a racing watch for vintage cars, as when timing speed you won’t be likely to exceed 240 km/h too often.
The 43mm diameter may be a big too big for some, but this is a traditional racing chronograph so you can expect it to wear comfortably with the curved lugs. You have two strap options in either a diamond-stamped leather strap with a small French flag stitch, or the full-steel bracelet which will come with the leather as well.
All of this would be normal in any other tribute racing chronograph. Where, however, the Depancel Jürgen Clauss Chronograph differs substantially is on the inside. Depancel have sourced 150 new-old-stock Valjoux 7753 movements of a similar era to the original Alpine A110s, and refurbished them for use as bicompax chronograph calibres. These cam-actuated automatic chronographs were incredibly popular in their era, and many Swiss chronographs still use the same architecture or bases for their movements today. They have a power reserve of 48 hours and beat at 4Hz, plus you can gaze at it through the sapphire caseback with Depancel’s customised rotor.
That’s very cool. The Depancel Jürgen Clauss Chronograph is limited to 150 pieces and can be had for €1,795 on leather or €1,895 for the steel.

Vulcain Teams Up With CronotempVs Private Club To Celebrate Grandson Of Company Founder Who Played For Real Madrid FC
Vulcain is on a roll. Hardly a week passes without them releasing a new watch, a new limited edition or a new collaboration. This seems to be all three, as Vulcain has teamed up with Spain-based private watch collecting club to create the Cricket André “DIDIXEIN” Ditisheim, a limited edition of 47 pieces of a different Cricket to honor André Didisheim, descendant of the founder of Vulcain and Real Madrid football player.
André Didisheim, grandson of Maurice Ditisheim, was as an excellent sportsman and footballer. In 1907, he went to Madrid to learn Spanish because at the time South America was one of the most important markets for Swiss watch manufacture. Didisheim displayed his talent as an attacking midfielder and signed with Madrid FC (now known as Real Madrid FC). While there, his name Didisheim was changed to “Didixein”.
Paying tribute to André Didisheim, the Vulcain x CronotempVs Collectors limited edition Cricket watch has a 39mm diameter case with engraved steel polished case-back. The crown placed at 3:00 can be used to manually wind the watch movement in one direction to set the alarm and in the opposite direction to set the time. The pusher placed at 2:00 sets the alarm with the arrow-shaped hand. Inside is the hand-wound double-barrel Vulcain V-10, an evolution of the original Cricket caliber from 1947, keeps the watch running and the alarm ringing
The vintage themed dial with the touches of gray colour, the dial features Arabic numerals coated with Superluminova. This timepiece is limited to 47 units.
The price of this latest Cricket is €4,300 excluding VAT.

Stepan Sarpaneva Takes Huge Inspirations From The Moon For His New Beautiful Watch
Independent Finnish watchmaker Stepan Sarpaneva is obsessed with the Moon. You will see this on all of the watches he has made which have the moon face on it. They are, of course, so much more than just watches with a moon face, but rather small works of watchmaking art. His latest Lunations watch interprets the darker side of the Moon with its black ruthenium-coated plates and bridges.
The Sarpaneva Lunations, recently revisited in the more colourful Harvest Moon edition, now returns with a darker personality. The distinctive shape of Sarpaneva’s case, with its scalloped 6-sided bezel, short lugs and crown at 4 o’clock, is crafted from high-grade Outokumpu supra 316L/4435 steel and has a diameter of 42mm and a thickness of 9.8mm. User-friendliness has also been factored into the equation, and the two-part crown, decorated with Sarpaneva’s moon face and 12 short protruding rays, is used to set and wind the time and adjust the moon’s phases.
An openworked matte black ruthenium-coated plate reveals parts of the inverted movement, including the exposed balance wheel, and features Sarpaneva’s signature moon face at 6 o’clock. The large moon face in relief is laser engraved, filled with a cross-section of optical fibre and finished by hand. The two moons on the reverse side of the case are illuminated with RC Tritec Lumicast to appear white in daylight and emit a blue, orange or purple glow in the dark. As they enact the lunar cycles, the luminous moons cast an eerie glow on the dial’s moon’s face to indicate the precise phase of the Moon.
In a departure from other Sarpaneva Lunations models, the applied and skeletonised chapter ring bearing the indices has been removed, allowing an even better view of the movement. The hour and minute hands can be ordered in pitch black, red gold, flame blue or rhodium coated.
A limited edition of 10 pieces, the Sarpaneva Lunations Black Ruthenium retails for EUR 39,500, excluding taxes. Delivery time is estimated between 4 – 12 months.

Watch Worthy - A look at an offbeat, less known watch you might actually like

Second Hour’s Mandala Burst offers a fresh take on the everyday watch
Heralding from Australia, Second Hour has been making a little space for itself on the independent watch market by offering fresh takes on the traditional genre of watches. From divers to field watches and of course, everyday timepieces. The brand’s latest release comprises two new colours and an updated design of their core collection called the Mandala. The name comes from the Buddhist and Hindu circular shape used in the practice of meditation, among other things. On the watch, the term refers to the guilloché dial and its dégradé finish that have made this collection stand out.

2023.05.30 13:42 Content-Candy-2243 Horrible anxiety but afraid to take meds.

Hey all! I’m new here but this seems like the perfect place to get some advice or some reassurance. I have had horrible anxiety for years now but after having my 3rd baby 2 months ago my anxiety has sky rocketed. Idk how that’s even possible. Probably because I have postpartum hypertension and freak out about it almost everyday. I over check my vitals daily and am also on BP medication. Anyway, my high anxiety is obviously not helping my bp but making it worse. So I was prescribed fluoxetine (Prozac) 10 mg and lorazepam for when I need a quick fix. But the problem is I have medication and health anxiety. So I over read reviews and most of them were really bad. So I scare myself out of taking them. At this point though, idk if anything could feel as bad as I do when I’m going through a panic attack. They sometimes last a whole day or 2. And having 3 kids , that’s not very good. I want to be able to enjoy my children and life without feeling like I’m trapped in my body. Please help. Or give me some positive feedback! Or some helpful advice. I literally have the pill bottle sitting right in front of me. Ugh 😩

Our greenery/foliage themed nursery is pretty much finished at 31w
The theme started off differently - we eloped in Hawaii and wanted to incorporate some tropical plants and leaves like monsteras, but somehow ended up with more simple leaves like eucalyptus and just generally greenery.
We're really happy with the way it came out. I felt like one of the walls needed something extra so I used my Cricut and made leaf decals to mimic a wall-paper. I still might have to go over them with heat to make sure they stay on.
Davinvi Maddox recliner: I was looking for one used on FB marketplace but didn't want to drive to random people's homes to try it out. Went to BBB when it was still open, tried it out and loved it. We actually ended up getting it from Kohl's because of BBB randomly cancelling orders multiple times. https://www.wayfair.com/baby-kids/pdp/davinci-maddox-swivel-reclining-glider-cbha1312.html
IKEA dresser I've been influenced. I saw everybody on tiktok and Instagram with this dresser in their nurseries because the height was perfect for a changing table. My husband and his brother put it together and it took them a while. But it's pretty solid. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/hemnes-8-drawer-dresser-white-stain-00318598/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=shopping_feed&utm_content=free_google_shopping_clicks_Bedroom_furniture
Keekaroo peanut changer I went back and forth, trying to decide if I needed this or something half the price. I told my mom I was thinking about putting this on the registry but felt guilty for putting a $150 changing pad there, and then a couple of days later, it showed up at my door... https://a.co/d/e7PcGL0
Davinci Asher crib The storage is going to be awesome on this crib. Only thing we realized we needed was a crib skirt since when the mattress is set higher, you can see underneath. The directions caused some confusion but we figured it out, there might have been a printing error. But it didn't take more than 30 mins or so to put together. We just bought the conversion kit for the toddler bed, just to make sure we get it before anything becomes discontinued. That would be our luck. https://davincibaby.com/products/asher-3-in-1-convertible-crib
Nanit Pro + Floor stand I'm sure I will get obsessively anxious with the sleeping monitor, but this seems to have really good reviews and a decent app. We're waiting until the little one is born before we start any kind of trial. https://www.nanit.com/products/nanit-pro-camera

Baby Formula 1.4 - Sunday F4 League (20:30 BST / 15:30 EST) - Live Stewarding
FREE F4 league that aims to offer close, enjoyable, fun racing with the chance for drivers and teams to battle for drivers and constructors championship over a 12 race season.
The series offer drivers the challenge to manage their race / fuelling strategies through navigating Safety Cars (SC) and Virtual Safety Cars (VSC) throughout the race events.
https://preview.redd.it/wegls9uz6z2b1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=414c6e2df3706d1385589fe689fb00a763eef880

https://youtu.be/thNYDtuQ-N8?
League Structure
  • Baby Formula 1.4 will loosely follow the real world F1 calendar but only utilise tracks / layouts with less than 3 mile lengths so for example Spa has been swapped for Zolder. This allows for any SC periods to be a short as possible and encourage more racing.
  • 40% F1 Race Distance (76 miles) will be run, but all sessions will be timed out at 60 mins.
  • The season will span 12 races over three separate splits of 4 race events, with small breaks within each of the three splits. Each split will have its own champion but alongside this a unique playoff system is built into Split 3 for the best 12 drivers of the season.
  • All drivers will be assigned to 1 of 10 teams, with up to 3 driver racing per team (max 30 car field), therefore this league will hopefully offer the chance for people to get to "virtually" meet new people.
  • Live Stewarding, SC deployment and Custom VSC system controlled and managed by a dedicated by non-racing stewards
  • Dedicated stewarding team to review reported incidents post-race
  • Strict incident limit to encourage clean racing

2023.05.30 08:40 SpecialistGrade6808 [Review] Fendi Peekaboo Iseeu Small from Nickloe via Lau

My first review! I’m definitely not new to reps, I’ve bought locally via private sellers, I’ve been locked in a secret room in Shenzen, I’ve had better quality bags brought to me at various international markets, but I am new to purchasing reps via a seller on what’s app and all the wonderful factory information I have found here at Wagoon. Let me know if I’ve missed anything in the review format.
**Disclosure** Seller asked if I would do a review after I told him how pleased I was with the bag. I had planned on writing a review regardless. I have not received any incentives for this or future purchases for this review.
**Seller** Lau
**Price** 1932Y including shipping
**Shipping**
**Timeline**
10/5/23 - Initial enquiry 11/5/23 - Payment
13/5/23 - PSP: I had some concerns with the PSP images as the angle of the photos made the bag look the wrong size/shape. Lau was super accommodating and took the time to go and actually measure my bag and take more photos with a tape measure so I could check it.
14/5/23 - Second PSP - Lau supplied more images with tape measure to reassure my concerns and I gave the GL
16/5/23 - Tracking info provided 23/5/23 - Bag Arrived

**Quality **(9/10) - Don’t let the 9/10 fool you into thinking I’m not obsessed with this bag. This is a high quality leather bag and the smell is amazing, there was no evidence of fufu or glue smell on arrival, just gorgeous leather. Even my husband has commented on how good it smelt and he is fussier then me! It is super soft, supple and smooth, and without holding it side by side to the auth, I would say it’s near identical in feel and texture, as I have held the auth numerous times in recent weeks.
I’ve deducted -0.5 mark here because after having it a week I notice the inside lining scratches easily (also beautiful soft leather), hard to avoid when you are putting things in and out of your bag, so something I’ll have to live with. I’ve buffed it with a bit of leather conditioner and it seems to have helped. The auth is just as soft as this, that’s how you get those nice peekaboo drop side/sags so I do wonder if it also has the same issue.
-0.5 mark deducted for some lumps on the lower side of the bag, quite visible in the psp photos now I look at them, missed it in the PSP stage, and can be felt by hand. I believe these are probably from the inner lining joins (thickness of base leather) and because the leather is so soft it shows them a little. Not a deal breaker for me, it’s really only one side which you can feel the most - which is the side against my body, and not really noticeable to the naked eye unless you are studying it intently.
Materials - As mentioned above the leather is top quality, although I do feel it is high care due to the soft smooth texture of it to avoid scratching. This isn’t a beater bag by any means. It looks and feels like a high end luxury bag.
Construction - the bag is beautifully constructed, the stitching neat, construction sturdy and an accurate shape to the Auth. There are no loose stitches. Only comment on construction is the bulky base inner joins which I’ve mentioned above that I can feel some lumps through the leather.
Hardware - The hardware is a lovely soft gold, not yellow, and has the Fendi engraving etched nicely into all the relevant places including the feet. There is a leather code engraved on the inner pocket and fabric pip label inside also.
**Accuracy** (10/10) - I have handled the auth numerous times, studied images online and without holding it side by side, I would say this is 100% accurate to my eye. It’s missing the plastic rain coat you get with the authentic, a little bit of a gimmick I guess but would be cute to also have it. I am not deducting points for this as it is a rep. Dust bag was good quality and cleanly printed.
If you have an auth I’d love to know how you care for the leather. Any tips welcome!
Dimensions - - Rep W270mm H208mm D110mm
- Auth - W270mm H210mm D110mm
Not going to complain over a 2mm difference, that’s normal and I doubt every auth is exact to those dimensions.
Color - Beige with pink and brown lining. Color is pretty spot on with the auth, it’s a hard color to photograph, so likely looks different (darker) in the photos, but I have held the auth in this color and the external and internal colors are all pretty close. I actually don’t think the colors on the Fendi website are accurate the auth of this I’ve held in my hands. In real life it’s a lovely honey beige color. I love that the two sides have contrasting lining just for a bit of fun and interest.
Materials/Construction - Leather feels on par in terms of feel, quality and texture to the authentic.
**Rep Satisfaction Rating** (10/10)- I am super happy with this bag, can you tell? It’s sitting next to me now while I write this, and I just love it. It’s definitely one I need to be careful with, not just throw on the seat of the car or back floor as I ferry kids around.
**Seller Satisfaction Rating** (10/10) - First time dealing with Lau and I am so happy with the service and the speed of which this baby arrived in my hands. They have been helpful answering questions on quality/factory etc (for this and other items I am looking at), fast on their communications, and I was super impressed they took the time to take extra photos with the tape measure to ease my concerns over the initial PSP shape/angle. I’ve got some more goodies on the way now, and a wishlist a mile long.
**CPR [Cost Performance Ratio] (10/10)** - is it great *for the price*?
This is a high quality rep of an expensive ‘it’ bag. I think the pricing was very reasonable for the high quality of the bag I have received and honestly wouldn’t spend the money on the auth if this holds up after some wear & tear.
**The Wrap Up (8.9)**
I wouldn’t let an SA handle it, they have no business touching my bags, but I would wear it into the brands store, just not the one I go to regularly as it might raise some questions as to why I didn’t purchase it there.
Would also wear it in any other luxury brand boutique - you def get better SA service when you are wearing a ‘brand’ bag in store!
Would I let my friends and family touch it, yes, it feels amazing, they should be jealous!
